Mandola's has a great line of imported pasta from Italy.
Just south of Naples in an area called Gragnano, is Pastificcio Garofalo. Gragnano is an area that is famous for pasta production and Garofalo is a centuries old factory still producing some of the finest pasta in the world.
Mandola's has a plethora of different cuts, shapes and sizes to compliment your "condimento" (sauce). In addition, Mandola's imported a pasta machine from Italy to make all the fresh cuts daily, using only fresh organic eggs.
Come pick up a package of homemade Tagliatelle, Fettuccine, Tagliarini, Lasagne-Canneloni sheets, and ravioli. Or, if you like, sit down and let us cook up some great pasta for your lunch or dinner.
