We make two kinds of fresh Italian Sausage at Mandola's.
The first is our Sicilian style fennel sausage made with fresh pork shoulder, fennel seed and spices.
The other is our Neopolitan style cheese and parsley sausage sometimes called "rope" sausage. This sausage is also a 100% pork sausage made with pork shoulder, imported provolone Auricchio cheese and Italian parsley.
Both of our sausage products are made from old family recipes and are delicious.
